Meeting Perion Design

I am really excited this week to be meeting the swimwear design team for Perion Design. They are after a freelance textile designer so hopefully they will enjoy some of my prints and will want to purchase a few for there collections.
After many weeks of searching I have another job interview Thursday as a trainee screen printer... It's abit of a mission to get to with it being in Wrexham but is very very exciting and I LOVE screen printing too which is an added bonus.
It has been difficult staying motivated with my job search as most textile work isn't in the north west it's in London!!! Fingers crossed something good will come out of both these things :)

Creative Focus

The last few weeks...

Now that I am a third year student the final few weeks are upon us and its scary stuff.
Currently I am working on a Project called "Africpool" where I am combining ideas from Africa and Liverpool to create a Hybrid of ideas for my degree show.
I will keep you posted on what I am up to with regards to my designs and development throughout the next few weeks.
